We are Dazzle (Dazzle, We, Us, or Our) and these are the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of the Dazzle website (www.Dazzleco.io).

By accessing, browsing, and using our website or any of our applications through any platform and/or by placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.

These terms contain important information about your legal rights, remedies and obligations and include the “Dazzle privacy policy”, all of which are referred to as the “Terms”.  

User Accounts

In order to procure some of the Services and facilities on Dazzle you will need to create an Account, which will contain certain personal details and Payment Information that may vary based upon your use of Dazzle as we may not require payment information until you wish to make a purchase. By continuing to use our website you represent and warrant that:

  • All information you submit is accurate and truthful;
  • You have permission to submit Payment Information where permission may be required; and
  • You will keep this information accurate and up-to-date.
  • Your creation of an Account is further affirmation of your representation and warranty.

It is recommended that you do not share your Account details, particularly your username and password. Dazzle accepts no liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your Account details being shared by you. If you use a shared computer, it is recommended that you do not save your Account details in your Internet browser.

If you have reasons to believe that your Account details have been obtained by another without consent, you should contact Dazzle immediately to suspend your Account and cancel any unauthorized orders or payments that may be pending.

Please be aware that orders or payments can only be canceled up until provision of Services has commenced. In the event that an unauthorized provision commences prior to your notifying us of the unauthorized nature of the order or payment, Dazzle accepts no liability or responsibility and you should make contact with the third party service provider detailed in the Purchase Information.

 

Orders, Pricing and Products Availability

You are able to purchase products from several retailers and brands on Dazzle. Product availability on Dazzle is subject to stock. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability and in some cases orders cannot be processed. Dazzle reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any given reason at the time. When making an order on Dazzle you will receive an email with your order details confirming that we have received your order and that it is being processed.

All pricing information on the Website is correct at the time of viewing. Dazzle reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.

In the event that prices are changed during the period between an order being placed and Dazzle processing that order and taking payment, provision of services shall commence as per your order and you will be charged the original price.

Dazzle attempts to be as accurate as possible in the description of the products. However we do not warrant that such a description is totally accurate, complete, reliable and error free. In case you are not satisfied with the product ordered by you, you can return it to us according to the relevant provisions of our Return Policy.

Payments

Upon receiving your order, Dazzle will send you an email confirming that we have received your order and that it is being processed. A validation check and authorization by the card issuer will be made and payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the time an order is made. 

We accept Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards.

Dazzle takes care to ensure that the website is secure and that details of your order and payment are kept confidential, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

Please note that we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

Returns and refunds

Returns or exchanges are only allowed for immediate purchase products* or if the product is incorrect or defective. In order for the return to be accepted, the item needs to be in its original condition and unopened. In addition, you need to raise the return request within 1 day of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Other than this, you will be refunded the full value of your purchase, excluding shipping fees which will be mentioned in the checkout page.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks (15-20 working days) of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply send us an email on this email address (support@dazzelco.io) and make sure you're mentioning the order number and reason for the return.

Orders Delivery

We deliver to any city inside Egypt.

Delivery time varies from one product to another.

All products are to be delivered within 15 to 21 business days except for immediate purchases. Immediate purchases are to be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

 

Termination and Cancellation

Either Dazzle or you may terminate your Account. If Dazzle terminates your Account, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.

If Dazzle terminates your Account, any current or pending orders or payments on your Account will be canceled and provision of Services will not commence.

Dazzle reserves the right to cancel orders or payments without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment or commencing Services provision.

If orders or payments are canceled or you terminate your Account for any reason prior to commencement of Services provision you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.

Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms and conditions by this reference. Please check our Privacy policy for more details.

The Site places cookies onto your computer or device. By accepting these terms and conditions, you are giving consent to Dazzle to place cookies on your computer or device.  Please read the information contained in the Privacy Policy prior to acceptance.

Dazzle makes no warranty or representation that the Website will meet your requirements, that it will be of satisfactory quality, that it will be fit for a particular purpose, that it will not infringe the rights of third parties, that it will be compatible with all systems, that it will be secure and that all information provided will be accurate. We make no guarantee of any specific results from the use of our Service or Services.

No part of this Website is intended to constitute advice and the Content of this Website should not be relied upon when making any decisions or taking any action of any kind.

No part of this Website is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance.

Whilst Dazzle uses reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Website is secure and free of errors, viruses and other malware, all users are advised to take responsibility for their own security, that of their personal details and their computers.

 

Changes to the Service and these Terms and Conditions

Dazzle reserves the right to change the Website, its Content or these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be bound by any changes to the Terms and Conditions from the first time you use the Website following the changes. If Dazzle is required to make any changes to Terms and Conditions by law, these changes will apply automatically to any orders currently pending in addition to any orders placed by you in the future.

 

Availability of the Website 

The Service is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. We give no warranty that the Service will be free of defects and / or faults. To the maximum extent permitted by law we provide no warranties (express or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, compatibility and satisfactory quality.

Dazzle accepts no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions and censorship.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dazzle accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Website or any information contained therein.
