Delivery time varies from one product to another.
Most of the products are to be delivered within 15 to 21 business days, some products are taking 21 to 35 business days (stated in product page) and immediate purchases are to be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns or exchanges are only allowed for immediate purchase products* or if the product is incorrect or defective. Clearance items, swimsuits, lingerie, accessories and beauty items are not eligible for return.
Courier wait policy : Our courier service will wait for you to inspect the item upon delivery. If you accept the item, it will be considered non-refundable, Please ensure to thoroughly check the item before accepting it.
Non-Refundable Items: Makeup, skincare, hair products, lingerie, swimwear, and all pre-order items are non-refundable
Payment and Opening of Items: Items, especially pre-orders, cannot be opened by the courier until payment is made in full
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks (15-20 working days) of handing your package to the courier. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
