Most of the products are to be delivered within 15 to 21 business days, some products are taking 21 to 35 business days (stated in product page) and immediate purchases are to be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns or exchanges are only allowed for immediate purchase products* or if the product is incorrect or defective. Clearance items, swimsuits, lingerie, accessories and beauty items are not eligible for return. Courier wait policy : Our courier service will wait for you to inspect the item upon delivery. If you accept the item, it will be considered non-refundable, Please ensure to thoroughly check the item before accepting it.
